Our Story

There's just something about family harmony....learning to sing together at home....sharing life experiences, both good and bad, and expressing in song....sharing your passion for Jesus Christ and a love of music....and explosive combination. 

That's True Heart, singing together in the family minivan, at church, and around the piano at home.

In 2012, True Heart had their first invitation as a group to visit another church and sing. The calling was undeniable thus sparking a ministry of song for the mother/daughters trio.

In March, 2013, True Heart recorded for the first time at TMC Recording Studios. Their first album "Blessed" featured eleven original songs written by Jennifer.  "Mountain Mover" was released as a nationwide single, reaching #17 on the Inspirational and Christian Country charts.

In November, 2014, True Heart recorded their second album, "The Other Side" which features 13 original songs. It is expected to be out in January 2015.

In addition to weekends of singing at events and church services, Jennifer, Reaghan, and Karsyn are keeping busy.  Jennifer is wife to Timmy and has two other little ones underfoot, Aidan (age 5) and Brannon (age 3). In addition, Jennifer loves her full-time job as a family nurse practitioner, and writes songs for the trio whenever God inspires.  Reaghan (age 13) is a busy 7th grader and loves playing on the JV softball team and playing the saxophone in the marching band at her school.  She loves reading and is beginning to help her Mom out with songwriting.  Karsyn (age 11) is a 6th grader with a vibrant personality who loves to sing, play her flute, swim, and hang with friends.

Jennifer's parents, Rickey and Hilda Giles, are faithful companions at every singing event, helping with the little ones and doing the sound system. 

As True Heart sings, "If my songs don't point you to Jesus, If my words don't lead you closer to Him, then I tell you, my friend, I'll be right back down at the altar again, pouring my heart out to Jesus.  Lord, give me a song that will witness!"
